Give every PC you sell an after-sales layer

The PC leaves your shop and the relationship usually ends there. My PC Doctor keeps your name, your engineer and your number on the customer's screen.

Version 1.14.1 · Windows 10 and 11, 64-bit and 32-bit · runs on your PC, opens when you want it

How it works for a dealer

You register once. From then on every PC your shop sets up carries your branding, and your customers reach your engineer instead of a call centre.

One installer, several shops

An installer who sets up PCs for more than one shop is one person in the console, with every shop they work for listed. Each shop keeps its own record, and the PCs that installer sets up show the right shop's branding with the installer's own number.

The purchase record stays correct

The customer types the bill date, bill number and where they bought it on first run, and gets it wrong often enough that it matters. Your console can correct all three, because you are the one holding the actual bill.

Common questions

What does it cost the customer?

Every install includes a free year from the day the PC is registered. After that the shop renews it. Nothing the customer already has is deleted if it lapses; the app opens on a renew screen.

Do we have to install it ourselves?

It helps. The app is not yet code-signed, so Windows shows an unrecognized-app warning on first run and some PCs with Smart App Control block it entirely. A shop install avoids that entirely for the customer.
