A plain-language explanation of what My PC Doctor reads, what it can send with your consent, and what it never touches. This is product-level communication, not a formal legal privacy policy.

Nothing leaves the PC without your consent

My PC Doctor can save your basic customer information and your PC's configuration so your computer engineer can help you faster. That only happens with your explicit consent, shown clearly the first time you open the app — never silently, and never before you have had a chance to say no.

What it may collect, with consent

Your name and mobile number
Your device identity: make, model, computer name
Your PC's configuration: processor, memory, storage, graphics, monitor, motherboard
Diagnostic results from a check you ran
Details you type into a service request
A review you choose to write, published only after moderation

What it never collects

Passwords, of any kind
Wi-Fi keys
Personal documents, photos or file contents
File names or paths
Browser history
Keystrokes
Your game library
Hardware serial numbers

Why it collects anything at all

So your computer engineer has the context to help you quickly, without asking the same basic questions every time. Your PC's configuration and check history exist to make support faster — not for advertising, not for resale, and not shared with anyone outside your engineer's support relationship with you. Nothing about your PC is visible to any other shop.

What runs, and when

Every check runs when you press its button. The one exception is the optional quiet weekly check: once a week, while you are signed in, it runs the same check with no window and exits, and tells you only if it finds a serious problem. It has an off switch in Settings, and uninstalling My PC Doctor removes it. Nothing else runs in the background, and there is no tray icon.
