What you get in the console
PC register: every PC ever activated, searchable by PC ID, name, mobile or email, filtered by shop, installer, direct customers or city
Customers and devices: configuration, diagnostic history and licence state
Service requests: the customer's description plus the diagnostic evidence, with a status you set that they see in the app
Engineers and installers: one person can work for several shops; each shop keeps its own record and the mobile number ties them together
Branding: your logo, tagline, support number, WhatsApp and website
Reviews: what your customers said, moderated before anything is published
Roles: a shop admin sees their shop, a branch manager sees their branch
What it deliberately is not
There is no remote access, no remote control and no screen sharing anywhere in this product. You get the information the customer chose to share, and a way for them to reach you. Nothing about their PC is visible to any other shop.
Two honest notes before you commit
The app is not yet code-signed, so Windows shows an unrecognized-app warning on first run, and a PC with Smart App Control switched on will block it outright. Installing it yourself at the counter avoids both for the customer.
Verification codes on WhatsApp are not live yet. Registration works, and a shop is switched on by us after we confirm your details.
